Candles + Melts
What wax do you use?
I use premium coconut soy blend that's clean-burning, eco-friendly, and chosen for its soft, gentle scent throw. It's a great option for anyone who is sensitive to heavy or overpowering fragrances.
Are your candles safe for people who are sensitive to scents?
YES! Every fragrance is tested in my own scent-sensitive home before I offer it in my shop. I only choose blends that stay soft in the air and don't overwhelm a room.
Where are your candles made?
All candles are hand-poured in small batches in Niagara Falls, NY. Each batch is made by me from start to finish.
Why do you use wooden wicks?
Wooden wicks burn slowly, cleanly, and create a quiet crackle. They also help prevent the strong "hot throw" that cotton wicks can sometimes produce, keeping your space comfortable and enjoyable.
How long do your candles burn?
Each 8 oz candle burns for approximately 50-60 hours when cared for properly.
Why does my candle tunnel / have bumps on top?
Cooconut-soy wax is natural and may set with slight texture. This is normal and does not affect performance. Tunneling usually happens when the first burn is too short. Let the melt pool reach the edges every burn for an even finish.
How do I get the best burn?
Trim the wick to 1/8 inch, burn 2-3 hours at a time, and keep your candle away from drafts. This helps the wax burn evenly and cleanly.
Room & Body Sprays
Are your sprays safe for scent-sensitive people?
Yes, every spray is formulated to stay light, soft, and never overwhelming. I avoid heavy perfume-style bases and only use gentle fragrance levels tested in my own scent-sensitive home.
Can I use the spray on my skin?
Yes. My sprays are a dual-use blend safe for both room and body. They're alcohol-free, clean, and made to be gentle.
How long does the scent last?
My sprays offer a soft, natural-lasting scent – typically 4-5 hours on skin, and longer on fabrics depending on the material.
Are the sprays safe for fabrics?
Yes, but always test on a small area first. Avoid spraying directly on silk or delicate materials.
What's the best way to use the spray?
Mist onto bedding, closets, entryways, sofas, or lightly on skin and clothes. A few spritz go a long way while still feeling airy and non-heavy.
Do the room sprays smell the same as the candles?
Yes, each spray carries the same nature-inspired scent profile, just delivered in a softer, lighter form.
Hand Soaps + Lotions
Are your soaps and lotions scented the same as your candles?
Yes, each scent carries the same soft, nature-inspired notes, just formulated for skin-safe use.
Are your hand soaps gentle for sensitive skin?
YES! My formula is sulfate-free, phthalate-free, and made for daily use. It's designed to be gentle without stripping the skin.
Are your lotions non-greasy?
Yes, all of my lotions are lightweight, absorb quickly and leave the skin soft without a heavy residue.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-3 days. Once shipped, delivery typically take 2-5 business days within the U.S.
Do you offer local pickup?
While we don't offer local pickup online, you can always send a message in our contact page to let us know that you're interested in doing a local pick up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently do ship internationally. However, we understand that international shipping prices can be expensive and I want you to know that we do the best we can to provide reasonable shipping prices.
Please note that you will receive the most affordable shipping rate for orders under 2 pounds (0.90 kilograms) which is about the weight of 2 candles.
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If anything arrives broken, leaked, or damaged email me within 48 hours with photos, and I'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
I don't like the scent. Can I exchange it?
Yes, you may request an exchange if there was a scent you don't like, however the product must be in new and unused condition for the exchange to be valid.
Can I return a product?
Refunds are available for damaged or defective items only. Please contact me if you experience any issues with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Oders can be canceled within 12 hours of puchasing. After that, they may already be in production or packaged.
