When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted during launches, holidays, or periods of elevated order volume.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order ships.
What payment methods do you offer?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Wallet, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luceriacandleco.com.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns and exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Do you offer self-service returns?
At this time, Luceria Candle Co. does not offer self-service returns.
Can I return a burned candle?
Unfortunately, we do not accept burned or used candles.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and items.

Our Candles
What wax do you use?
Our candles are made using a coconut soy wax blend selected for its clean burn, smooth finish, and strong scent performance.
What type of fragrance oils do you use?
We use high-quality fragrance compositions and essential oil blends selected for atmospheric depth, scent performance, and overall sensory experience.
All fragrance oils are:
- Non-Toxic
- Phthalate Free
- Carcinogen Free
- Paraben Free
- Organ Toxins
- Acute Toxins
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. All of our products are hand poured and packaged in small batches from our New York studio.
Why does my candle look uneven after burning?
Natural wax blends may develop variations in texture, frosting, or surface appearance. These changes are cosmetic and do not affect performance.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Candles should be burned long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel during initial burns. Short burn sessions may cause tunneling.
How long should I burn my candle?
We recommend burning candles for 2-4 hours at a time and never exceeding 4 hours continuously.
Do I trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn to support a cleaner, more even flame.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We do NOT test on animals, and we do NOT work with suppliers or vendors that conduct animal testing.

Luceria approaches fragrance as environmental design for scent, self, and space. Our collections are created to support presence and sensory awareness through ritual and intentional living.
What does "ritual" mean within the brand?
For us, ritual is less about performance and more about conscious intention. It can be as simple as lighting a candle before dinner, misting a room before guests arrive, or opening the windows on a quiet morning.
Small acts repeated with intention shape the atmosphere of a home.
Why are some collections called "Ritual" and others "Earthen" and "Balance"?
Each Luceria collection is inspired by a different aspect of everyday life.
Earthen draws from nature and the environments around us.
Balance explores mood, comfort, and emotional atmosphere.
Ritual is designed for intentional moments of pause, reflection, and presence.
While each collection begins with a different inspiration, all are created with the same purpose: thoughtfully crafted fragrance that brings atmosphere and meaning into the spaces we live in.
How do I choose the right scent?
We recommend selecting scents based on the atmosphere or emotional tone you want to create within your space rather than simply choosing fragrance notes alone.
