You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund if it’s not the right fit.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unburned
- In original condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a free return label.
Free Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, we offer free exchanges.
Exchanges are available for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Shipping errors
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or burned candles
- Candles with removed or damaged labels
- Gift cards or digital products
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged)
We’ll respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
