Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Because all products are produced in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or new releases. If there is ever a delay, you’ll be notified.
Shipping Rates
- $4.90 flat-rate shipping on all orders
- FREE shipping on orders over $50
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 1-2 weeks
Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume and location.
Tracking Your Order
All orders ship with tracking via email. Carriers we use are UPS and USPS.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a transit confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ship orders quickly, delivery times are ultimately handled by the shipping carrier. Occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume may occur.

Incorrect Addresses

Luceria is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

International Shipping
International shipping rates, delivery times, and any applicable customs fees are calculated at checkout.
